Overview

The Financial Literacy in Our Workplace (FLOW) Trust was established by the New Zealand Shareholders Association.

FLOW is not-for-profit and dedicated to improving the financial literacy of the New Zealand population.

The Shareholders Association is aware that unless there is a savings culture established among New Zealanders, then we as a country will never build the capital markets needed to ensure the future prosperity of Kiwis owning New Zealand.

The FLOW Trust commissioned Enterprise New Zealand Trust, (now Young Enterprise Trust) a charity experienced in financial and enterprise education, to develop suitable content for a series of financial literacy workshops for employees.

FLOW programmes are run in the workplace by Skills4Work, a not-for-profit training and workforce solutions organisation.
